Embossed bookmark based on a carved stone displayed at The World of Stonehenge exhibition in the British Museum (2022).
Description on the back reads:
Carvings from the Bagnolo steles boulder, dating from the early to middle Bronze Age, in about 2500 BC. It was discovered in 1963 in Lombardy, Northern Italy
The stone is a fine example of figurative art from the period and bears fourteen carvings in total, with the two most recognisable being a sun and a selection of daggers.
