Bookmark featuring a Roman coin that depicts Halley's Comet.

Description on the back reads:
A Roman silver coin commemorating Caesar's Comet. The come depicted on the coin is Halley's Comet, which appeared shortly after the assassination of Julius Caesar in 44BC. The comet was seen over the stadium where celebratory games were being held to honour Caesar's victories after his death.

His nephew Octavian declared the comet to be a manifestation of the divine soul of Julius Caesar being carried up to heaven. The comet is shown with eight rays and a fiery tail, and an inscription reading 'the divine Julius'. The head of Octavian wearing an oak-leaf crown is pictured on the reverse.
