The Uffington White Horse is a man-made chalk hill figure located just outside the village of Uffington, in South Oxfordshire. Some 360ft in length, it is the oldest chalk hill figure in Britain, dating back to the Bronze Age between 1380 BC and 550 BC.
This book presents a Google maps exploration of the hill figure, using street view and found images from the public to reveal the surprisingly intimate and tender moments shared around this ancient monument.
