A first day cover envelope featuring two stamps celebrating Guernsey folklore. Depicted are 'Le Petit Bon-Homme Andriou' or The little Fellow Andriou, a rock feature on the South-East coast that resembles the figure of an old man, and the Guernsey Lily.

First Day Covers (or FDC's to those in the know) are a collectible envelope featuring new postage stamp designs. The envelope features the full stamp set affixed and postmarked on the very first day of issue, and some envelopes also include specially made postmarks that celebrate the release.
